• the Next Pace mobile applications available on Apple App Store (iOS, iPad OS and Watch OS) and Google Play Store (Android) ("Apps").

The Site and the Apps are owned and operated by BFF LIMITED (ΗΕ 416285) from the Cyprus with its registered address at Tenarou 4, Agios Dometios, 2360, Nicosia, Cyprus. Next Pace is a trading name of BFF LIMITED. Throughout these Terms, the Site and the Apps, the terms "Next Pace", "we", "us", "platform" and "our" refer to BFF LIMITED.

By visiting the Site and/or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by and comply with the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
